We want what you bring into your routine to feel considered and right for you. We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days so we can take care of it.
Because our products are personal care, we’re unable to accept returns on opened items. That said, if something doesn’t feel right, reach out and we’ll take care of it.

Dispense a small amount of body lotion into hands, gently massage into any area on the body that is in need of a hydration. Leaves hands & body feeling smooth and moisturized.
Dispense a small amount of liquid wash into hands, run under water and rub between your palms until it lathers. Leaves hands & body feeling cleansed and slightly moisturized.
Hand-mixed and poured in our Vancouver studio, our body lotion is made without animal testing.
Once you have finished your body oil, you can refill it with our bulk refill option. Simply pour the lotion from the large bottle into your glass vessel.
When your hand & body lotion runs out you can either purchase a refill from us online, or alternatively, repurpose the glass bottle in some other way.
