Shipping & Returns

We are a (very) small team and we pack, ship, and send all your orders from our Vancouver studio.

 

What are your processing times?

We aim to send your order out from our Vancouver studio within 2-4 business days. If there will be a greater delay, we’ll let you know. As soon as your order has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number.

What are your shipping times?

Within Canada, you should receive your order within 5-7 business days, and within the US, 7-10 business days. We don’t offer overnight or expedited shipping as this weighs heavily on the environment. If you’d like to discuss our shipping options or need something sooner, get in touch with us support@keepwellkept.com and we’ll do our best to help you out.

What are your shipping methods?

We ship with various service providers and once you receive your tracking number, you’ll see which service provider your order has shipped with. We are not accountable for any duty or customs charges, or responsible for any stolen items.

Where do you ship to?

We ship internationally! Unfortunately, we can’t offer free shipping outside of Canada and the US due to increasingly high shipping costs.

What are your shipping rates?

Orders over $150 ship for free in Canada and the US; orders under $150 ship for $10 within British Columbia, Canada; $15 within the rest of Canada and the US; and $20 internationally. Unfortunately, there’s no way around the monetary and environmental costs that come with shipping, especially overnight and expedited options.

How do I ship my full blade bank back to well kept?

Drop us a note at support@keepwellkept.com when your blade bank is full and we’ll let you know what to do.


What is your return & refund policy?

Only items purchased on the well kept website keepwellkept.com can be returned for refund or exchange. Items purchased elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

Should you make an error when ordering online, well kept will gladly exchange for the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.

In the unfortunate event that you react to a product, you have the option of exchanging or refunding it. All items must be returned to:

You are responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending items back to well kept.

Should an item be damaged while it is being shipped to you, well kept will provide you with a full refund or exchange. Return postage will be reimbursed in the case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items and a reimbursement will be issued in the original form of payment.

In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided and products must be returned within 14 days of receipt for well kept to process any refund or exchange. Please email support@keepwellkept.com in advance of your intentions to return or exchange a product, so that we can assist you with a smooth transaction.
