Shipping

We’re a small team, and every order is packed by hand from our Vancouver studio with care. We move at a considered pace — not the fastest, but thoughtfully so — because how something gets to you matters just as much as what’s inside.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During busier periods, processing may take a little longer — if so, we’ll keep you informed. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping Timelines

Estimated delivery times:
• Canada: 5–7 business days
• United States: 7–10 business days

These are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and time of year.

U.S. Shipping

Orders shipping to the United States do not incur additional duties or customs fees upon delivery. The price you see at checkout is the final amount you’ll pay.

Shipping Methods

We ship with a range of trusted carriers. Your shipping confirmation email will include tracking details and the service provider used. Tracking updates may take a short time to appear once your order has left our studio.

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on orders over $150 (Canada & U.S.)
• $10 within British Columbia
• $15 for the rest of Canada & the U.S.
• $20 internationally

We don’t offer expedited or overnight shipping. Faster methods carry a significantly higher environmental impact, and we’ve chosen to prioritize more considered options.

International Orders

We ship internationally, but duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your location. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, it’s outside of our control once in transit. If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please reach out — we’re always happy to help.

Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

Blade Bank Returns

If your blade bank is full, email us at support@keepwellkept.com and we’ll guide you through the return process so the blades can be properly recycled.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel good about what you bring into your routine. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns (Unused Items)

We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.

To start a return, please email us at support@keepwellkept.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once your return has been received and inspected.

Used or Opened Products

Because our products are personal care, we’re unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used. That said, we know that scent, texture, and skin sensitivity are personal — if something doesn’t work for you, please reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll take care of it right away.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Final Sale Items

Some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

A Note on Care

We make our products in small batches using natural ingredients. Slight variations in scent, texture, or colour are normal and part of what makes each batch unique.
