Delivery & Returns
We want what you bring into your routine to feel considered and right for you. We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days so we can take care of it.
Because our products are personal care, we’re unable to accept returns on opened items. That said, if something doesn’t feel right, reach out and we’ll take care of it.

Use our bulk refill option to replenish the body oil dispenser you have on hand. Simply pour, ideally with a small funnel, from the bulk bottle into your glass vessel, or preferred Body Oil dispenser
Gently massage into damp or dry skin—a little goes a long way, so start with less and add more wherever your skin needs it. Use it daily, carving out a few extra moments for yourself before you start – or end – your day.

Our body oil is hand mixed and poured in our Vancouver studio, and it is never tested on animals.
First, use the original body oil, once you have finished that, you can refill the glass vessel with our bulk body oil.
Alternatively, use the bulk body oil to refill your favourite dispensing vessel.
Our Body Oil aluminum refill can be washed and popped into your curbside recycling.
