We want what you bring into your routine to feel considered and right for you. We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days so we can take care of it.
Because our products are personal care, we’re unable to accept returns on opened items. That said, if something doesn’t feel right, reach out and we’ll take care of it.

How to shave with a safety razor
Our brass safety razor isn’t complicated, you just have to get to know it.
Take your time—there’s no need to rush.
Start with warm, wet skin and apply shave oil or soap for glide.
Hold the razor at a gentle angle (around 30°) and use very little pressure—let the weight of the razor do the work. Shave in short slow strokes.
Rinse the blade as you go.
A sharp blade makes for a smoother, more comfortable shave. Replace your blade when you notice any pulling or tugging.
It may take a few shaves to feel fully comfortable, but once you do, it becomes simple and intuitive.
Made With Intention
The box and instructions are made from 100% recycled materials certified by the FSC, with carbon-neutral printing. They are produced in North America.
The form is made from mycelium—the technical name for mushroom roots—making it a natural, compostable material that can be placed in your food scraps bin. It is also produced in North America.
The blade is wrapped in a small paper envelope that can be recycled.
The razor is made, coated, and packaged in Canada.
The box is made from cardstock produced in the US using 100% recycled materials. It is printed and cut in our Vancouver studio using uncoated stock that is processed free of chlorine.
The insert is made using mushrooms grown in the US.
Designed to be part of your routine for a long, long time, our razor is made to be reused rather than replaced. When it’s time for a fresh blade, simply swap in a refill and keep going.
Our razor is made from brass and aluminum, making it durable and long-lasting. Every piece of our packaging can be recycled and the mycelium insert can go right into your compost bin. When your blades have reached the end of their life, they can be recycled through our Blade Bank program.
