Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days so we can take care of it.
Because our products are personal care, we’re unable to accept returns on opened items. That said, if something doesn’t feel right, reach out and we’ll take care of it.

Get started with our step-by-step guides on replacing your blade—it’s not difficult, you just have to be a little more mindful (hello, sharp edges).
We recommend switching blades after every 5-8 shaves.

These blades are made in a large processing facility in Turkey.
You can store your used blades in our blade bank – it holds around 100 – and once it is full, you can recycle the whole thing or send it back to us to recycle.
The great thing about these blades compared to multi-cartidge blades? You can recycle them in your curbside recycling, metal recycling, or through our Blade Bank program.
