Delivery & Returns
We want what you bring into your routine to feel considered and right for you. We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days so we can take care of it.
Because our products are personal care, we’re unable to accept returns on opened items. That said, if something doesn’t feel right, reach out and we’ll take care of it.

Switching to a safety razor is simpler than it seems
Start with warm, wet skin and apply shave oil to create glide. Hold the razor at a gentle angle (around 30°) and use very little pressure—let the weight of the razor do the work.
Shave in slow, short strokes, rinsing the blade as you go. A fresh blade helps create the smoothest, most comfortable shave.
It may take a few shaves to feel natural, but once you find your rhythm, it becomes a simple part of your routine.

The safety razor is made from brass and aluminum, materials designed for durability and longevity.
The glass shave oil and ingrown oil bottles can be recycled through your local recycling program, and blades can be recycled through our Blade Bank program.
Sea sponge can be composted in your at-home compost.
