Where are your products made?

Our razors are manufactured by a family-run facility in Ontario, Canada, and we make all of our oils and bath products in our Vancouver studio.


Do you wholesale or do custom orders?

Yes—please contact us sales@keepwellkept.com for more information.

Unfortunately we can't offer free shipping outside of Canada and the USA due to incredibly high shipping costs. Shipping rates to areas outside of these regions are $20 per order which is considerably less than the actual shipping cost. Thank you for your understanding and support.


How long does it take for my order to ship?

We aim to ship your order from our Vancouver studio within 2-4 days but we’re a (very) small team, so please bear with us if it’s a little longer. Depending on your location your order should arrive within 5-10 days.


What are your shipping rates?

Orders over $150 ship for free in Canada and the US; orders under $150 ship for $10 within in British Columbia, Canada; $15 within the rest of Canada and the US; and $20 internationally. Unfortunately, there’s no way around the monetary and environmental costs that come with shipping, especially overnight and expedited options.


How are your products shipped?

We ship all of our packages plastic free, often in a pre-loved box. For more information on processing and shipping times please see our shipping page.


What is your return policy?

Are your razors gender neutral?

Yes! While we’ve made some adjustments to our razor to accomodate for hard to reach areas, the razor can be used to shave all body parts and types of hair.


How long does the safety razor last?

When cared for properly, your razor should last a lifetime.


How long do safety razor blades last?

Safety razor blades should be switched out every 5-8 shaves (same as a multi-blade cartridge). Once dull, they can be recycled using our blade bank program.


Are your products natural?

Yes! We avoid all synthetic scents and have sourced organic ingredients whenever possible. We believe less is more and that you should recognize the names of the ingredients you’re putting on your body. Check out the information on each respective product’s description under “made with, made without, ethical production, end of life.”


Are you a sustainable company?

Yes—we believe in quality products that hurt the earth as little as possible.


Can your products be recycled?

We’ve considered the end of life with all of our products. Some are biodegradable, some are compostable, some are recyclable, and some can be sent back to us.


How do I recycle or compost my packaging?

We have intentionally designed all our packaging to be reusable, recyclable or compostable. Please see the respective product’s page and the “end of life” tab that will tell you what to do!


How do I recycle my blades?

Our blades (and all safety razor blades) are plastic free which means they’re fully recyclable at your local scrap metal facility. We know it might be tricky to make a trip there though, so we think our blade bank program is the best way to recycle them. Safely store all your used blades in our blade bank and when it’s full, send it back to us to recycle, and we’ll send you out a new one for free. Easy!

How do I recycle my blade bank?


Once your blade bank is full (80-100 used blades), you can ship it back to us and we’ll send you a new empty one back. Learn more about the blade bank program here.


Does your razor have a warranty?

Our razor is intentionally made to last a long (long) time. If you think your razor is faulty or not working effectively, please reach out to us at support@keepwellkept.com and we’ll do our best to help.
