Delivery & Returns
We want what you bring into your routine to feel considered and right for you. We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days so we can take care of it.
Because our products are personal care, we’re unable to accept returns on opened items. That said, if something doesn’t feel right, reach out and we’ll take care of it.

Our ingrown oil is hand-mixed and poured in our Vancouver studio, and never tested on animals. The box it comes in is made from cardstock formed from 100% recycled materials and printed and cut in Vancouver, Canada. The uncoated stock is processed without chlorine, too.
Once you have finished your ingrown oil, you can refill the glass vessel with our bulk refill option.
Our Ingrown Oil comes in a glass bottle that can be reused over and over again, or popped into your curbside recycling alongwith the box and liner.
