We want what you bring into your routine to feel considered and right for you. We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days so we can take care of it.
Because our products are personal care, we’re unable to accept returns on opened items. That said, if something doesn’t feel right, reach out and we’ll take care of it.

Get started with our step-by-step guides on replacing your blade—it’s not difficult, you just have to be a little more mindful (hello, sharp edges).
We recommend switching blades after every 5-8 shaves.
Fully recyclable paper packaging.
These blades are made in a large processing facility in Turkey.
You can store your used blades in our blade bank – it holds around 100 – and once it is full, you can recycle the whole thing or send it back to us to recycle.
The great thing about these blades compared to multi-cartidge blades? You can recycle them in your curbside recycling, metal recycling, or through our Blade Bank program.

Why is a single blade razor better than a multi-blade?

Multi-Blade Cartridges
- The first blade pulls the hair taut
- The next blade cuts the hair at a sharp angle
- Subsequent blades can cut the hair even shorter but depending on the amount of pressure you use, can remove a thin layer of skin
- When you remove skin and not just hair, say hello to ingrowns
- The multi-blade design allows you to experience a close shave long after the blades are dull—this means you use more pressure when shaving and remove more skin
- Removing skin along with your hair results in irritation, ingrown hairs, and razor burn
- You can’t recycle plastic razors or blades
- The ‘conditioning’ strip on these razor blades are usually made of synthetic ingredients that dry your skin out

Hello! I actually still have not received me razors, when I look at the tracking number it says “delayed”
Love the aesthetic of the razor. Love the color, and the sustainability of the product. However if you aren’t extremely careful you can actually injure yourself extremely. I was shaving my legs with it, when I let my hand slipped for a second and suddenly I have a ginormous gash on my ankle. I loved the idea however will not be using it again

I'm so sorry you had that experience. While the safety razor is easy to use, the blades are VERY sharp so you do need to be paying close attention. The sharpness is what allows the shave to be close and irritation-free :)
While multi-blade cartridges may allow you to shave with a more care-free demeanour, the extra blades can actually remove a thin layer of skin which is part of what what causes razor burn, ingrowns, etc.
That being said, everyone and their skin is different so we definitely encourage you to use whatever works best for you!
Um, why are people still using disposable and/or plastic-containing razors when these are close 100% degradable? They also work so much better and last way longer. I used my blade for over 6 months and it showed no signs of losing its’ edge. The packaging for the replacement blades was also sustainable and not excessive. I really appreciate the ethos of your company and the product it has created! Many thanks.
Tons of cuts all over my legs. No matter how slow and soft I shave, and how much I prep my skin beforehand I always come out of the shower like a massacre has taken place. A literal blood bath!
These razors are definitely not for me.
At first using these razors terrified me. But after getting used to them, I love it! Zero waste. I think that is my absolute favourite part.
Does the job well.
Love my razor, I've had it for one and a half years now and I will never go back. It's easy to use and the weight of it gives a close shave every time. Also the fact that refills are so inexpensive is a real plus. The only downside I've experienced is that I have the pink razor and despite keeping it dry after I use it, the paint has started to peel on the razor head.
I like this razor...only have to remember to check it and not place in carry on luggage as they will take the razor blade portion away.
The razors give a really close shave. I wasn't sure if it would be easy to use, but I have not cut myself any more than I did when using disposable razors. I only nick myself when I'm going way too fast or not paying attention. I just can't get over the closeness of the shave. Amazing!! I just wish the razor wouldn't dull as fast. I find after I do my legs, underarms, and bikini line, that's it for that razor, need to change it the next time I use it. (I am fair skinned, and have thin, not too course hair). But the closeness of the shave is totally worth it to me, so I'll keep using this product for sure!!
